Your eyes were finally at rest It broke our hearts to know that God only takes the best. God knew you had to leave us, But Daddy, you did not go alone For part of us went with you, The day He took you Home. To some, you are forgotten, To others, just the past. But to us, who loved and lost you, Your memory will always last. One day in Heaven I know we’ll see your face and we'll sing His praises and tell of His amazing grace. Until that day, Dear Daddy, I hope you know that I am here on earth still crying for I never got to say good bye. I will always love you and I hope you know that I can not wait to see you and we'll never have to say good bye Daddy you have been gone 3 years now, but Oh how I miss you..
